Nation Builder hosted its first thought-leadership webinar and it featured social innovation expert, Kerryn Krige. She unpacked social entrepreneurship, the South African context and the role of social entrepreneurs in our country. She discussed how social innovation plays a role in addressing some of South Africa’s societal challenges, and how businesses can support these ventures.
Krige is the co-author of Disruptors: Social entrepreneurs reinventing business and society. She is Chief Technical Adviser to the International Labour Organisation on the Social Economy Policy, and formerly led the Network for Social Entreprenurs at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
